Meditation - Places to Meditate
In order to give effective Reiki it is good to be able to meditate and be in a meditative state before giving treatment.
You can, of course do this at home!
You may like to find time to relax, and take deep breaths at some place that inspires you.
Above are two photos of places which have given me an opportunity for meditation.
