Before you begin to dowse there are a few important things you should do.
Before getting to the "positives" lets just remove a couple of "negatives"
There is no need for you to be tense or worried about your dowsing, neither do you have to be constantly reminding yourself of what is being dowsed - Once you have decided then it is in your brain/aura/great universe.
Preparation is important because it is the lack of preparation, or the wrong preparation, which can be a cause of many (if not most) failures. So my first advice is that you keep some notes to guide you. Below I have set out the main items in your dowsing preparation:-
| Ensure that you are comfortable and relaxed.
| Decide exactly what you wish to dowse.
| Decide if the information you are dowsing is for the present, past or future.
| Decide how you will dowse - pendulum, "L" rods, and on site or off site.
| Make a note of these decisions and then begin!

Best of all - Find someone who can dowse and get some direct advice from them.
